I dog sat for their dogs at different times. Whenever Jim and I would pass each other we would talk about bicycles. One day Jim said was, "Alice, when the time is right I will try to get you on WMBI." Chris, when I was on the show last fall with you, and on another occasion with Nancy Turner, my heart was touched and sparked by his amazing gift of radio. I loved listening to Prime Time. But better yet, I enjoyed talking with him at his home and in the area of Oak Park. His Wheels Internationalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11855957243961711882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1893204038198431673.post-17183742318865789572011-05-20T11:57:38.498-07:002011-05-20T11:57:38.498-07:00I worked for Moody Radio from 1970-79. After he moved to Whitehall, Jim would call RBC Ministries once in a while and we would talk and catch up with one another. He has been a real blessing to me. As for Jim, I will always remember the way he would make sure the caregiver was o.k., and he always prayed with us. He always made us feel like family, a very special friend, and I thank him so much for all the stories of his radio days. I loved every one of them, and am looking forward to hearing more of them some day.

Thank You Jim and JeanSandra Mullinsnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1893204038198431673.post-18336082531272885502011-05-19T15:19:57.911-07:002011-05-19T15:19:57.911-07:00It has been an honor to know Jim and Jean both. When my wife's mother was battling cancer about 11 years ago, Jim would call me about once a week and ask if he "could pray for our family" and then he would go to the Lord on our behalf. I will never forget those special moments when someone named Jim with a very caring heart cared enough to make the call and pray.Leighton LeBoeufnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1893204038198431673.post-31521762911272704982011-05-19T10:32:08.411-07:002011-05-19T10:32:08.411-07:00Chris, the news about Jim Warren hits pretty close...Chris, the news about Jim Warren hits pretty close to home for me. Jim was a good friend when I was at Moody in 1971-74, and we often talked about how great it would be to do a program like Prime Time America. We didn't know about that title at the time, but certainly, Jim had a big dream. As we know, that dream came true for Jim, and it was a joy to see how his hard work and determination paid off in a program that blessed and helped many.Gary Leonardnoreply@blogger.com
