Where We Are Now

After finding and remediating mold twice in our Colorado home, we abandoned ship in October 2008. Because of the high levels of exposure, our entire family was affected. After months of seeing different specialists for all of the problems, we came to Arizona to begin comprehensive treatment to rid our bodies of the toxic buildup. In August 2009 we moved into a larger home, four bedrooms, south of Tucson, north of Mexico. I am doing my daily radio program/ writing from that location. Thanks for praying for us. We really feel it.

As promised on Chris Fabry Live, here are Tricia's Cicada pics. Above is Sammy Cicada how he looked just before he flew away. Now look at the before pictures.

We go back in time to when Sammy was struggling to get his wings out of the old "self" and into the new.

This looks a lot like me on Sunday morning.

And here is our first glimpse of Sammy. Interesting, yes. Fascinating, sure. But what does this teach us about ourselves and what God's doing with each of us?

Hi Chris,
I see this all the time with the people I minister to at my church. I see Homosexuals come back to the life God intended. I see pierced tattooed people change into polished Christ followers.
I see the hard faces of those caught up in the hurts and pains of bitterness and unforgiveness, smooth out into lines of smiles.
I myself felt like the nymph and God has changed my hurts, rejection and pain into that glowing new creation by God's love and forgiveness in my own life. i See this in this analogy.

Wow Shelley,
This is exactly what we hoped people would see as we talked about a little thing like a cicada. Thanks for sharing your story!
